New Patient's Frequently Asked Questions

Have any other inquiries that you don't see here?

Can you tell me what my insurance covers?

No, we do not have direct access to your insurance information, but we can help you find this information.  Your insurance is like your credit and debit cards in the sense that you should know your card balances before you go shopping.  As a result, you should know your insurance’s annual limits, the percentages that you are covered for basic and major treatment and when your plan renews annually.

This information can be obtained from your employer and from your insurance’s app.

Do you bill to dental insurance?

Yes! For your convenience, we will send your claims electronically to insurance.  Payment for remaining portions is expected at the end of your visit.

Do you accept walk-in appointments?

Depending on the urgency of your situation and our schedule, walk-ins are welcome.

Do you accept dental emergencies?

Yes! Common dental emergencies include broken teeth, pain, swelling and infection. They usually happen at the most inconvenient of times and if left unattended, they could result in a visit to the emergency room. As a result, dental emergencies are usually dealt with on the same day.
